3 cups Baby spinach3 cups Spring salad mix2 medium Pears3/4 Cup Walnuts1/2 Cup Feta cheese crumbles
1/2 Cup Poppy seed dressing2 tablespoon Vinegar, cider
Core the pears and cut into thin slices. Crumble the feta and chop the walnuts (if necessary). Throw all the salad ingredients together
Whisk the poppy seed dressing and apple cider vinegar together. Drizzle over the salad and serve.
