And dip in a peanut butter dip? Children and adults will eat celery as if it were going out of style. We love this natural peanut butter dip in our house. It's super easy to prepare and can be used to dip many different fruits – and even vegetables!

The key to making this dip completely natural is to use natural peanut butter. Then it only contains peanuts and salt! If you want to make your own peanut butter, it's that easy. You can find our peanut butter recipe here. After choosing a peanut butter, all you have to do is add Greek vanilla yogurt. Beat together and you have a creamy natural dip that took 2 minutes to make! Packed with protein and fiber, it gives your fruits and vegetables a little umph as a snack and keeps your children satisfied for a long time.

If you find that it is too thick, you can add some milk to dilute it. If you like it sweeter, add a teaspoon of honey, but we like it the way it is.
