How to take protein bites

The key to a really delicious protein bite is having a food processor. A food processor has the ability to blend all of the ingredients into a really smooth mixture, adding bite and amazing texture to your protein.

You can use a blender if you don’t have a food processor, but in my experience you have to add more liquid and the end product won’t turn out as good.

How To Make These Double Fudge Brownie Batter Protein Bites:

In the bowl of a food processor, add the dates, almond butter, and honey. Process until well combined. If the mixture isn’t smooth, scrape the sides and add 1 teaspoon of water and continue processing. Be careful not to add too much water as this will make the dough too sticky. Add cocoa and protein powder and continue processing until completely mixed.
Add chocolate chips to the batter and mix by hand until they are evenly distributed. Use a small cookie scoop to divide the batter into 12 portions of batter. Roll each serving into a ball. Place the bites in the refrigerator to set. Store in an airtight container for up to 2 weeks.

That’s it! You can whip up a batch of these in just 10 minutes. Cravings are gone!
