Combine all the ingredients in a large storage container with a lid. Make sure all of the chia seeds are mixed in and lightly mash the berries, especially if you are using frozen raspberries.
Place the lid on the container and refrigerate overnight or for at least 8 hours.
Serve with additional raspberries and a dash of honey, if desired.
