1 Cup Greek yogurt, plain1 Cup Coconut milk1 tablespoon Lemon peel, raw2 tablespoon Lemon juice1 Cup Raspberries1 1/2 tablespoon honey1/4 Cup Chia seeds

Combine all the ingredients in a large storage container with a lid. Make sure all of the chia seeds are mixed in and lightly mash the berries, especially if you are using frozen raspberries.

Place the lid on the container and refrigerate overnight or for at least 8 hours.

Serve with additional raspberries and a dash of honey, if desired.

* You can replace the coconut milk with any type of milk.

* The lemon peel (lemon peel) and lemon juice are equivalent to 1 medium-sized lemon.

* You can use fresh or frozen raspberries.
