French toast finger food
It takes children a long time to figure out how to cut their food. If you're feeding multiple kids in the morning, slicing this french toast into bars and just letting them eat them with their little hands is great!
Plus, kids love to dip things in, and these French toast sticks are great for dipping into a yummy peach dip!
How to Make Peach Cobbler French Toast Sticks
First, break the eggs into a shallow bowl and add the cinnamon, peach juice, milk, and vanilla. Mix thoroughly. Soak each slice of bread in the egg mixture on both sides.
Mix some oil and butter in a pan and heat over medium heat. Cook each slice of soaked bread until golden brown. Combine peaches and yogurt and use it to top French toast or use as a dip.
I love such recipes because they can be modified seasonally. Once the apples are in high season, we can make Apple Pie French Toast!
