Let me straight away tell you that your current modern diet is probably making you ill.
For three years I struggled greatly with my health. What I find absolutely ridiculous is that not one of the many doctors or consultants I was under ever told me about the dangers of our current modern diet and the possibility that this has had a major part in why I’ve been ill and unable to restore my health to a good level. Worst still I wasn’t told about the incredible healing properties of an intermittent plant based fasting diet.
Many of you have suffered unknowingly from your dietary practices and over the time of your life the food you have eaten without a doubt will have contributed to things starting to break down and decay in your body! Your bad lifestyle choices drain and rob your energy! Over time they get worse. A saying that comes to mind is ‘garbage in, garbage out.’
Unhealthy living and our current modern diet is a major contributor to why you feel burned out, fatigued, full of aches and pains, prematurely old and, maybe heading straight for the human “scrap heap”! I believe that 99% of all human suffering is caused by wrong and unnatural eating. Simply your diet is making you ill.
There is a real connection between what you put in your mouth and your health and how you feel. If you have been dealing with chronic long term health then maybe you’ve come to the realisation that you can’t rely on medicine to take back your health. Would it be worth making dietary changes to find whether these make a difference? They will I assure you! After all it is your current modern diet that is making you ill.

Our rich, current modern diet has been associated with contributing towards many chronic illnesses such as cancer, heart attack, hypertension, stroke, hardening of the arteries, and diabetes. More and more evidence seems to be pointing the finger at our diets as being the cause of much of the misery and chronic illnesses many of us are experiencing.
Having now droned on about the dangers of what you eat, let me in the simplest terms possible make a suggestion. Change your diet and stop eating animal and dairy products, refined white flour and sugar products, and anything that is not a whole grain, whole food and natural. Try it, you have nothing to lose, and potentially improved health to soon enjoy.
Eat lots of vegetables, fruits, beans, legumes, seeds and nuts. Try being vegetarian, it will bring wonderful benefits. Alternatively try to be a pescatarian, or a pesco-vegetarian, so you can consume fish and seafood.
If you really do want to experience far more vitality, boundless energy and greatly improved health then challenge yourself to follow a plant based diet for one month, Just 30 days! At the end of this short period decide for yourself if the benefits are worth it. I am confident they will be.
